Technological education focuses on developing students’ ability to work creatively and competently with technologies that are central to their lives, with a direct focus on building 21st-century and hands-on skills. The Limestone District School Board offers Tech-Ed Opportunities throughout K-12, but at Prince Charles Public School, we have designed our Grade 7 and 8 programming to directly incorporate hands-on, skilled activities and projects that not only better the school community, but help to build student capacity for future interest and career goals. Our students learn a multitude of skills from woodworking, aerodynamic design, culinary and food preparation (on both small and large scales), fine art and design, interactive space units, and more! Does this sound like something you're interested in learning more about? Contact us and come for a tour - we'd love to show you around our tech room, and tell you about some of our awesome lessons/projects!
